Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Propflow. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Propflow
Propflow is a property management SaaS platform operated by KMK Property Group ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the Propflow platform, available at propflow.agency and app.kmkproperty.group.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract to use Propflow. By signing up, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@propflow.agency if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription & Payment
Propflow is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan you authorise us to charge the applicable fees via our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you must select a paid plan to continue.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Price Changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Propflow only for lawful property management purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent
- Use the platform in violation of any applicable law, including UK data protection legislation
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Propflow. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and access controls on your account.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, and content forming part of the Propflow platform are owned by or licensed to KMK Property Group. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propflow and KMK Property Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ceases and you may request a data export within 30 days.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Propflow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
